Unfortunately i cannot give a zero star review, if not, I would! Having purchased a maintenance package, I scheduled my appointment and requested for a loaner. Upon my arrival for the appointment (today 3/27/26) no vehicle was available- fail. Additionally, the management staff in the service dept. proceeds to tell me that they don’t do “loaners”; that they are rentals at a cost of $45~ daily. I do not recommend this dealership. In my experience, everyone there is a scammer. I purchased my car from them and have had it serviced there, but I have never been satisfied with their work. They advertise lifetime-free parts, but when I took my car in for repairs, they claimed I was no longer eligible for the warranty because I had not brought it in on time or because I had visited a different Toyota dealership. The Parts Department appears to be the most poorly managed section in many Toyota dealerships across Virginia, especially at this location. I called every two hours for two consecutive days to check on a part's availability, but no one ever answered. On the third day, someone finally picked up, only to put me on hold and never return. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered.
