I love dealing with the parts department at toyotatown. I'm really here to review the service department. Ever since I bought my RAV4 in 2014, they have helped me keep my Toyota in mint operating condition if they tell me I need something I go ahead with it. John Rossini is in charge of service so It's great to know he is on top of everything. The mechanic's and service advisors are well trained on their vehicles.
