They usually ask for your phone number up on pickup. I order the parts online first using the car's VIN to make sure the parts are an exact fit. Return policy states you have 48 hours and the part cannot be used for the refund to qualify.

I’ve called 4 times each being on hold for at least 15 minutes without a Person even asking if I can wait be on hold.
Ordered the correct part, was given the wrong part. Didn't realize until I got to the point of no return (gasket). Called them up, no genuine effort was made to rectify the problem. No apology, no offer to get it to me ASAP, made it sound like a refund was the best they could do. It would’ve been great if they offered to overnight it to me, considering it was their mistake. Also, they don’t price match their own online website.
