The scheduling service is terrible. I waited 30 minutes in the service lot before I finally got out of my vehicle to find someone to help me. When I spoke with Carlos, he explained that oil changes usually take 2–3 hours on weekdays, and on weekends, vehicles aren't typically ready until around 4:00 PM. That completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. I always tell myself that dealerships try to gouge you and it is always confirmed everytime i go in. I'm not sure why I put myself through this. I needed a diagnosis for a minor oil leak.. $299.99. This consisted of them pressure washing the rear of the engine and me driving 100 miles. I just can't do it anymore. Ridiculous.
