Parts department is the worst, 0 customer service skills, they act like they hate their job. No wonder my friends told me to never get parts here.
I always tell myself that dealerships try to gouge you and it is always confirmed everything i go in. I'm not sure why I put myself through this. I needed a diagnosis for a minor oil leak.. $299.99. This consisted of them pressure washing the rear of the engine and me driving 100 miles. I just can't do it anymore. Ridiculous.

Great Customer Service at the Service Center...by Service Advisor (Cesar...) I didn't even get out of the car when he saw me coming and immediately took the vehicle in for regular maintenance...!!
