Very, very poor service. Pursue other options for OEM parts. I visited Downtown Oakland Toyota Parts Saturday morning at 7:35. Website says opens at 7:30, sign on the side of the building says "Repair/Parts, Sat. 7:30-4:30". However, the gentleman behind the parts counter could not be bothered to look up from playing on his phone and flatly told me parts is not open until 8:00. We buy parts from Toyota daily and Gabe is always super helpful. He allows us to request quotes and order parts via email and keeps me updated on back-ordered parts (which isn't easy in this era of shipping and inventory delays). It makes our work as an auto glass shop so much easier when our Toyota vendor is so easy to work with. Thanks for all your help, Gabe!
