I am not local to this dealership, but I ordered a part for my Camry from here that my local dealership said was on back order and they had no idea when it would be in. I received it in 3 business days, only to realize it didn’t come with the gasket. I called them and spoke to Martinez. He was super helpful, kind and quick. I needed a new, outer L.E.D. tail light, the pig tail to replace a jury rigged pigtail for the new tail light, and a new mirror. When I called the parts department at Midlands Toyota, I ended up dealing with Martin. This guy was on his game. He was genuine, and easy to deal with. First off I was sent the wrong item. I asked for a seat warmer knob but instead I was sent a rear climate control knob. Second, my item came late. I am very unhappy with my purchase.
