When entering the dealership I was warmly greeted and that was just the beginning of my experience. I felt that my salesman was great at explaining the details of the car and they were explained to me in terminology that I understood. They answered all of my questions and gave me the time to think my decision through without pressure. Ultimately, I felt that I left Bill Alexander, with my new car, well informed and with an excellent deal. Thank you to everyone for making me feel like I am part of the family.

Just bought a Toyota Rav4 from Bill Alexander Toyota. The buying experience was pleasant. JD did an excellent job in handling the sale. He was courteous, polite and did a phenomenal job in educating us about the car. We never felt that we were being pressured to buy the car during the entire sales process. I would definitely recommend Bill Alexander to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I traveled from 30 miles away to buy from this dealership because no one in town had a better (used) car or lower price. They were truly helpful and accommodating. I was able to negotiate a price that was more than reasonable and I couldn’t wait to pick up my new car. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I really liked my experience at Bill Alexander Toyota because they treated me right. I showed up probably looking like a slob. I had just got off of work and I didn’t plan to stop by the dealership but I stopped in on a whim. They were very receptive towards me just looking around and not pushy at all. I bought a car here last year around September and I just wanted to comment on the car since that time. In short, I absolutely love driving my new Tundra around and it came with a great warranty on the maintenance aspect. My friends are insanely jealous of my low monthly payments and they are all counting the days until their current cars are paid off so they can take a look at Bill Alexander Toyota’s selection.
