Horrible Service Experience!!!! I emailed the General Manager (Chafik Amrani) previously but they never replied. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for 2 recalls on 11/24/2025. The next day my girlfriend drove to Tampa. On her return trip she noticed the brakes were not responding as normal. A few minutes later a warning light came on stating "low break pressure". We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Huntington Beach. Damian was straightforward and listened to what kind of vehicle we wanted. He clearly laid out our options and helped us find exactly the right one — he was not your typical pushy car salesman. The decision was easy- he made everything smooth and transparent.

When we went to finance, Tanner was just as great. He walked us through the paperwork smoothly and made the process completely stress-free. Even the new finance trainee (though I can’t remember his name) was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was 5-star customer service all around. I strongly advise anyone considering McDonald Toyota in Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and any form of follow up is nonexistent. The lack of communication alone makes the entire process far more stressful than it should ever be. I’m a loyal Toyota customer with three vehicles from this manufacture, and I pride myself in taking care of my vehicles. I recently took my Toyota C-HR to the Principle Toyota dealership in Hernando, MS for a routine oil change. This is the ONLY place that I have EVER taken this vehicle for an oil change. The only mechanics that have ever changed the oil for me in this vehicle was at this Toyota dealership. Jake Munns Did a Good Job and I would give Him 5 Stars. We bought a 2025 RAV4 online before it was built and Jake Kept us Updated throughout the process. I arranged a rental car to Drive to Kenosha to pick it up 11/12 and He followed me to Enterprise to drop it off and took me back to the Dealership to get our new car. I would like to genuinely thank the team at this dealership for the inspiration they gave me to finally learn about cars! Because good lord they gave me the poorest most condescending explanation about what was wrong with my car.
