I recently had one of the worst experiences ever with dealership service. Capitol Toyota of San Jose must be going through tough times, because they gouged me on a repair that I will never forget, and hopefully neither will you. I have a Sienna van, which we use for carpool..up to six little kids at a time. Several months back, the automatic door stopped working. Had service performed, basic oil change. Asked when I got in if I could use the coupon from their make a wish fund raiser, was told I could by two people, then when it came time to pay they wouldn't except it. I was told this could be used anytime when I made my donation, plus one person picking up their car used theirs for their oil change deal....? Guess they could but I couldn't. Plus they always spill oil on the top of my engine. Time to try another dealership!!
We were in a situation where we had to buy a Prius for our son sight unseen and long-distance. Over a 3-week period, our internet sales person, Rick Perez, gave us a very good price and took great care of us during the whole transaction. He was professional and courteous throughout. He even picked us up at the airport in San Jose and took us straight to the dealership to get the car. All was delivered as promised and my son is delighted with his new car. Smooth transaction with no hitches or surprises. Thanks!
