I’m a Toyota fanatic, and so when my car breaks down, this is the closest place to have it towed. Not sure I would use them if I had a real choice. Their actual service WORK is fantastic, and if your car is assigned to Tina, you’ll have a great time. If it’s not, you may call 6-8 times before someone from service or collision center calls you back. I purchased a new car from them recently because my Prius finally died (RIP 😭).
