I got called by Toyota representative yesterday and was told service will take 30 to 40 minutes. I came on time and no one explained to me the waiting time two hours. When I questioned the staff, I got yelled and was told “ enough “ Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and scared.
I had the greatest experience getting my NYS Inspection. I needed additional repairs to get approved and the process was made so easy by my advisor Shellyann! Her service is superior.
