Our experience with buying a car with Burien Toyota was excellent. From start to finish it was seamless. Both the sales person Hylung Kim our finance manager Andy Lee were easy and pleasant to work with. We received the car we went in to buy within a reasonable amount of time! The staff is really extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I felt comfortable and at ease with no pressure at all! It was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend this car dealership! Went there today in the rain to look at a 4 runner that I have had my heart set on for years. However last night I seen Land Cruiser that caught my eye. That’s why I went there and they said they lost the keys. I drove a 4 runner that was gutless so wanted to test drive a different one. Well they lost that key to. The guy said are you leaving? I said no went to bathroom got coffee and he disappeared. Mind you I had already came in to test drive the Land Cruiser and hour before and the guy didn’t have the keys I left got food... read more
