I needed a relatively rare windshield that I ordered online. Called to check on the status and it was apparently going to be over a month before it arrived. Passport was able to find one closer and get it sent over in just a couple days.
I’ve always bought parts from Passport Toyota, but my recent experience completely changed my mind. I called to ask about a part, and because of background noise, I was stuttering a bit. Instead of being professional, the representative mocked me by repeating my words, which was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. I never expected this from dealership. Do not Recommend.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dealership. Before visiting, I called and confirmed with one of their representatives that they had a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid (Black) in stock. Because of that confirmation — and because this dealership is closer to my location — I canceled another confirmed appointment with a different dealer and came here instead.
