Excellent and extremely professional service
Edit: 07/25/2026 I took my car to be checked because the speakers are making a rattle noise when music is loud, besides of doing absolutely nothing to it and having my car the entire day they stole my seat cover, that I bought, and now they said the service area is closed and I have to come back when they open, this place is absolutely garbage Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced, i took my car to get one tire replaced and they made me come back 4 times just for the 3rd time get me a wrong tire after wasting... read more
This is easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced at an auto dealership service department. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, parked my vehicle, and waited. And waited. And waited. The staff was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and actively ignored me as if the service was being provided free of charge instead of a paid business transaction. Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced, i took my car to get one tire replaced and they made me come back 4 times just for the 3rd time get me a wrong tire after wasting my time and money having to leave work early to make it in time, to be sitting down for 2-3 hours, and still not getting the tire size correct. Joe recently assisted my mother with purchasing a Toyota Corolla at Sheehy Laurel. My mom is the best person to teach anyone how to be patient. Joe, handled this experience with her very well. He was very patient, knowledgeable and informative but not in that “man-splaining” way. Once she purchased her vehicle Joe assisted her in setting up her phone so that it connected to her speakers!!!! Wow!
