Doesn't do body work or assessments, doesn't mention this on their site, doesn't check appointment notes or description ahead of time, took 25 minutes to tell me that my car should have not been taken back in the first place.
My mother has brought her 2024 Toyota RAV4 to this location for all of her services, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This was the second time she brought the vehicle in for the same service light issue. During the most recent visit, her service advisor, Teresa Harris, informed her that the repair cost was due to the windshield not being from the manufacturer. Very poor customer service. Teresa was extremely unprofessional and ineffective in communicating about the status of my vehicle. A simple service, using parts I had already provided took over eight hours with no updates or response. After receiving no communication, I had to go to the location in person. When I asked about when my car would be ready, she was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern. I do not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Ever since I bought my Rav4 I have had a consistently great experience bringing it in for service with the VIP membership package. It has been well worth the value and I have routinely received great service getting in, back home, and back to pick my car up with detailing.
