If time is of the essence you should shop elsewhere. Only one guy handles internet orders so NOTHING happens if he happens to take time off. I placed my order at 10 AM on a Monday. Parts guy returned to work and placed my order two days later on Wednesday. I asked if he could priority ship my item, I was told "I have no way to do that." UPS tracking has me slotted for Tuesday, 8 days after I placed my order. I could have ridden a bicycle to Louisville and back faster than that.
Didn't have part I ordered and acted like they did me a favor in letting me have a refund. Guy, that runs parts is a joke. Would suggest them as last resort. I'm cool with parts not showing. Stuff happens, but don't try to deflect. 1 star just because of him popping up at the end to throw in his uneeded comment. Girl at counter was super nice, put her in charge, and have that guy stay in the back.
