Helpful staff. Seem to be more knowledgeable than Toyota dealerships who seem to be unable to determine the problem and fix issues with my tire pressure system sensors.

My bf bought a SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR BRAND NEW LANDCRUISER CAR FROM YOU. He called all day for service TO CANCEL THE TIRE COVEAGE BEFORE THE 30 DAYS. The gal they referred him to DOESNT ANSWER ANY CALLS. ALL FREAKING DAY. He spoke to the GENERAL MANAGER WHO SAID HE WOULD SEND FORMS FOR CANCELLATION. HE DID NOT. YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO HIM. HE NEEDS TO CANCEL HIS 30 DAY CAR TIRE POLICY BUT NOOOO ONNNE WILL HANDLE IT FOR HIM. WHY? Because he already paid for the car. So, no service....ASSHATS now? Great!

This place is always crowded, and even with an appointment, it takes hours to get an oil change. I noticed that my head lights were aimes too high (just had bought a highlander). I asked if they could adjust them, and they said it would cost $300 dollars! I bought the car that way, and I have to pay to get the lights adjusted? I notice most highlanders and some rav 4's need to have the headlights pointed slightly downward
