This place is always crowded, and even with an appointment, it takes hours to get an oil change. I noticed that my head lights were aimes too high (just had bought a highlander). I asked if they could adjust them, and they said it would cost $300 dollars! I bought the car that way, and I have to pay to get the lights adjusted? I notice most highlanders and some rav 4's need to have the headlights pointed slightly downward

Had my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Whittier and they over filled the oil (1 quart). Plus they couldn't tell me why my brand new car makes a slamming noise after the car is turned off. Never will I trust them to service my vehicle again.
