I got my timing belt done and my truck is running and getting great gas mileage. I’m not sure what magic this great mechanic did but it was a great investment for me thank you west plains Toyota. I’ll be back
The water pump was falling out from underneath my vehicle. Toyota had an appointment available for me to get it fixed on Monday the 16th of June 2025. They went ahead and let me drop my car off the Wednesday before my appointment in case they got a cancellation, the car Woukd already be there. I spoke to Dawn and she made sure to order the part so it would be here before my appointment rolled around on Monday. She was super nice and very efficient. I felt like she listened to me.
