I went to this dealer a few times for routine maintenance. First couple times were good — no issues, no big charges. The most recent time, I brought in the car for routine maintenance with no known issues. When they called to tell me the list of things that needed to be “fixed”, the quote was over $3000 total. Service was awsome with a manicure while waiting. Fantastic!
I've been really pleased with this service center. The staff have been helpful in determining "must have" repairs and non-urgent repairs and are willing to talk through issues. The new waiting area is great, especially the small semi-private work spaces. The complimentary manicures are also a nice touch--Careen is super friendly and the does a great job :)
