I have been a very long customer of the Watertown toyota. Bought many cars there and regularly use the service department. I always got great service and I have been able to keep the cars for a long time. Kamel has been great over the years and strongly recommend Watertown Toyota.
I had the lower ball joints go bad on my Tacoma. They were quick to diagnose and worked with my 3rd party warranty company to replace the lower control arms and realign the front end. Mike in service put in the extra effort to make sure the warranty company would pay the claim. The repairs were completed on time and now my truck rides like new. I will definitely come back for all my service needs and I highly recommend them and appreciate the quality work they perform and the great customer service!
I have been going to Toyota of Watertown for many years, purchasing several cars there and always bringing my car in for service there. Today the overall experience was particularly noteworthy in the most positive of ways. Dan did the intake job masterfully and the service and detailing were timely, efficient, and outstanding. You can schedule service or walk-in and they will do their best to accommodate you.
