I went for a registration sticker and decided to get an oil change since I was going to get an inspection sticker. As this was fore mentioned during my meeting w the sales person. 1 hour later I was told we’re are unable to give you an inspection sticker due to a crack in the bumper a piece on the corner of the bumper is a safety risk. Would you like an estimate for the bumper. If they are a car store, don’t they know insurance claims are for that particular reason But they changed the oil! There is no piece hanging off! Really great experience at the their service center! They were able to get me a quick appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed throughout. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely come back!
I just paid $460 for service, which came as a shock given that my vehicle is 2 years old and under warranty. They pressure you to agree on additional services without clearly explaining what the cost will be. It also looks like they charged for my oil change, while my extended warranty should have covered that cost.
The pricing was a little unclear, and I felt the customer service could have been more attentive. I hope communication and transparency improve in the future.
I have been a very long customer of the Watertown toyota. Bought many cars there and regularly use the service department. I always got great service and I have been able to keep the cars for a long time. Kamel has been great over the years and strongly recommend Watertown Toyota.
