My wife and I bought a used RAV4 and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Lazarus was our agent and he was genuine and helpful every step of the way with none of the pressure tactics that give car salesmen a bad rap. We drove 3.5hrs to get this car and would do it all over again not just for the great car but because of how everything was handled. Can't recommend this place enough and if you want a down to earth real person to take care of you, you should specifically ask for Lazarus.

The service department is the best! I always feel super welcome and the service employees are communicative regarding when the car should be done. The nail salon is of excellent quality and the free shuttle is a great perk. This is a very busy place, so wait times tend to be longer, but that's always communicated from the start.
