I bought a 2025 $60.000 plus SUV from Toyota of Warren on August of 2025. I was told the second key needed to be located but they would provide a second key. Lies and a waste of time! They strung me along over a weekend til Wednesday 12-15. To back track a little...Amanda told me it was being worked on Friday and if I came in Saturday, she "would have it rushed thru for me for pick-up". I could not make it Saturday so asked if I could give a deposit to hold it until Wednesday, the answer was "NO we don't hold cars".
