Shady practices. Very dissatisfied with the knowledge that I would need 4 new tires because the my 20,000 mile check of my tires was over looked. The advisor apologized acknowledged it was their fault, but that doesn't change the fact that all four tires need to be replaced. They only offered $35 off my service for this inconvenience. And they have the audacity to ask if I want to get my tires replaced at the dealership. Hard pass.
Sean the service manager and his guy's are the best in town. Friendly with great customer service. Pricey yes! But the job will be done right
