My wife and I were very interested in a used car this dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left with the keys. Frustrating, but ok, we rescheduled to come back the next day. Toyota of Tampa Bay is at worst a company of scammers and at best, totally incompetent. I test drove a car for my daughter last week. I was told the car had passed some kind of 100-point safety and inspection test. Then a day later I was contacted by Westshore Honda, who also had the same brand and model to show me. I set up a specific appointment with one of their salespeople to see that car. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesperson couldn't be found and the car was not on the premises.
