We have purchased our last several cars from this dealership as the service from the sales department has always been great. Unfortunately, it seems the service side does not strive for the same level of customer service. We brought in our car this morning for an appointment to change the brakes. We were on time and told it would take about two and half hours. It took over four. We only received an update when my husband went to inquire after more than three hours. I have been taking our Toyotas here for years and have worked with Kevin he is amazing and always calm!!! I say calm because I can be a tad nervous when it comes to car repair and making sure vehicle is in good working condition he is always so gracious, explains things so well and makes sure our Toyotas run wonderful. If there are issues he addresses them, I will say things have not been perfect in the repairs but what I love is the customer service, the follow through and willingness to make it right. Great job!

Larson Toyota’s friendly and professional staff made my visit a positive one. Concord was my sales representative, and he made my car buying experience easygoing, stress free, and quick. He was consistent and determined to help me. He got me the car I needed and I wanted.
