I had a horrible experience at this center, so much that I prefer to drive to the Toyota body shop in Homestead to avoid dealing with these crooks again. I brought my car in for a written estimate to submit an insurance claim which I was refused despite multiple requests. The verbal estimate was more than double the 2 other written estimates I received (which were provided in under 20 minutes without having to ask).
