My sister went into this dealership Friday morning for a simple oil change. The time spent there wasn’t the issue — the real concern was that the technician did not put enough oil in the vehicle. I called the service manager to explain what happened. His initial response was, “Drive it back in.” I mention if he did t put any oil in then they will be replacing the engine… Then he changed his mind and told us to have it towed instead.
