Went there just gonna look at newer trucks. With the help of mike essing a sales person there I ended up finding what I wanted a the process was smooth and with out any pressure at all.

Bought a 2021 Highlander Sunday. Our salesman sufian akram did an awesome job making sure my wife had the vehicle she wanted with all the extra options she was looking for. I went there with my 2016 Toyota Tacoma for a software update on my transmission which was done fine.The reason I don’t recommend them is I was alerted to a chassis coating recall which the service professional Wilson Gammino did his job,he told me that a letter from Toyota corporate in 2 weeks which I never got.I am easy to get along with,communication issues can happen between a dealership and corporate .I called back to check on the recall/letter issue and got a woman named Wanita(sorry if spelled wrong)who I felt gave me... read more

Charged $2000 over sticker price without telling us. We even confirmed the price of our truck before agreeing to buy it with the salesman. When we got home and checked the paperwork we noticed the extra charge. Nick Cabrera, the salesman, states he gave us a good deal on our trade in so he couldn’t do anything. Managers wouldn’t return my call. Sneaky, deceitful, unprofessional. I’ve seen other reviews stating they were charged $5000 over the agreed upon price. I’m not surprised at all. Stay away from here. Crooks.
