absolutely worst dealership. made me wait over 3 hours while they were "servicing my car" which I was assured would only take 1 hour as I had to pick up my daughter. ultimately demanded to take my car back.. car was not even looked at drove away with a nice nail in my tire too.. awful awful Toyota dealership.. dealt with several throughout my lease. do not go here.

Elle was our sales rep, she was pleasant to deal with and did a wonderful job trying to find us a van with the amenities we wanted. Our only frustration was that we were told that a black van would be found by the end of the week and due to the inventory there was not one available so we compromise our color choice and requested a hitch be put in because of that compromise. Emily, we apologize for the miscommunication on our end. We sell up to 150 used vehicles a month and part of our Peace of Mind Purchase Process is that we let customers put hold deposits on vehicles. They are 100% refundable, unlike most places, and 5-10% of the customers do change their mind and switch vehicles, so yes, while the vehicles are on a limited time hold, we do let other guests look at the vehicle just in case the first hold/deposit is taken off by the original customer. Purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla in May 2020 for my son and what a gorgeous car! Sales person Nick accommodated us and we have been very happy. My son had a recent issue with his cruise control and service was extra kind from the advisor to the technician. So far we have had a few maintenance services and 1 oil change through service and have never been displeased. The advisors are kind and pleasant and actually listen. During financing we were bullied into warranties and insurances that we didn’t want and stated multiple times we didn’t want. When we purchased the vehicle it was supposed to come with free oil changes but it is a fight to make them make good on it. Horrible experience with a horrible dealership.
