I dropped my car off on Friday 9/2/22 to get my AC checked because my ac was not cooling. They tell me it’s going to be ready in a couple hours. After a couple hours pass by they call me and state it won’t be ready till Tuesday 9/6/22 because they don’t work on the weekends, and I was okay with because it’s 115 degrees out here and I just want my AC too work! Buyer Beware of Chameleons Toyota of Selma. I gave them $500.00 to order the car of my dreams and put down an additional 7300.00 for my cash deposit. It's only been 4 days that I have had the car, but unfortunately due to a change from my job. My hours have been drastically cut. I went to the dealership and spoke to the manager of finance to tell them my concerns, and for him to only tell me that in order to get released from the contract, I will have to pay an additional 1200.00. I drove off the lot and a screw came undone that made the skid plate come off, took it back right away had to leave the car over night and now have to pay for a replacement because they were lazy and didn’t screw it on right but of course they are blaming it on me when I didn’t even have the car for 20mins. I tried to write a review on their page to warn others but it wouldn’t let me since it was a negative review which causes false advertisement!
The dealership is not honest with you when it comes to pricing or the rate. The lied to me on several occasions. If you are a veteran please do not use them find another dealership.
I left my car with the service department, on Tuesday afternoon. The girl told me my car would be done by 10 am, Thursday, since that is when the parts would arrive. Fast forward to Thursday, and its past 11, and they haven't even started working on my car yet. I call 4 times.. the girl tells me the fender they ordered for my car, is a different color!? I have been trying to get a refund on a part I purchased. It’s been over two weeks. They are telling I have already been refunded. I’m showing them the money is not in my account. They are just no customer service oriented.
