One of the worst experiences dealing with a service department ever. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could. They advised me they experienced the problem I reported, but since the computer did not have any errors, everything is ok. What? We experienced your issue but it is not an issue because the computer did not tell us it was.... Just wrong
Jim Martinez was terrible with customer service. I would highly recommend some training on how to effectively communicate with customers. Defiantly wouldn't recommed there service department!
