We had an extremely disappointing experience with Toyota of Santa Barbara. From the very beginning, we were clear that we did NOT want any dealer add-ons. We completed the entire purchase process online and applied for financing through Toyota Financial. After running our credit, the dealer sent us a new breakdown that included approximately $7,000 in unnecessary add-ons we never agreed to. Seamless transactions. Been helped by Mikey Flores, Angel and with the sales service team to get the unit i wanted. Options have been provided, given what were requested. No rush, no pressure. I was even offered vehicle for temporary use and remote transactions with delivery. Highly recommended Toyota dealer and staffs!

Don’t go here for a used vehicle! My husband and I were searching for a minivan and found a used one that we liked. We noticed when we test drove the car that someone from their detailing team had left the floor mats soaking in the trunk tray in a good amount of water. We came back the next day and decided to purchase the car but forgot to check the trunk assuming it had already been taken care of. The following day we open the trunk to find it soaking wet.
