I looked at this car for a customer who bought it from Toyota of Santa Barbara. To begin with, I’m genuinely surprised it came from a professional dealership. It’s clear to me the issues were already present, and in my opinion they should have been picked up before the car was sold. If I had to guess, it feels like they were overlooked or not properly addressed. The customer paid close to $20,000, and when she asked for this to be resolved, she was offered around $3,000. Stopped in to check out the Corolla Cross. Carlos gave us excellent information. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Staff was very friendly. Even got a slice of pizza because it was Saturday. I highly recommend this dealership
Marco was my sales rep and he truly is amazing! I bought a 2026 Toyota Camry, and Marco went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out within my price range. The process was super smooth and fast, and I’ve honestly never had an experience like this at other dealerships. He was honest and quick to respond—always available whenever I needed him. After days of stressful car shopping, it was such a relief to work with someone so genuine. Highly recommend them!
This place is poorly managed and will waste your time. I went to rent a car here a while back, called them up and was told there was one available. When I got there, they told me that someone else needed it and basically to deal with it because it wasn't their problem. Cool. It would have been nice to get a call beforehand to let me know. Had another time where they lowballed me for a trade-in, but really no surprise there considering the dealership model.
