Manager pulls all kind of sneaky tactics on you, wont let me test drive unless I buy the car first. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
**Buyer Beware** High Star Reviews are artificial. They ask for 5* reviews even before signing papers. Salesman/finance manager will be very pushy with upselling. After I had signed papers and got my plates salesman had lost both sets of keys and told me to come back the next day for a replacement. I recommend any toyota dealership that is not this one!! I made the mistake of looking at the reviews and thinking nothing of it. Don't be like me!
Great experience with Ghaieth purchasing this 4Runner. Vehicle was as described online and Toyota of Richardson was very fair in their valuation of my trade-in vehicle. G was friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the transaction. Would buy another vehicle from him in the future.

I'm grateful for the reviews which I wish I would've read before arriving. But when I walked in, the lack of upkeep and maintenance immediately caught my attention. Then, I was supposed to meet with Alomar, but he wasn't available. One of the other guys, I'm assuming is a manager, told me he was getting the vehicle for me to look at. But when Alomar met me, he said he needed to get the vehicle because it was behind others on the lot. Strike 2.
