I would not buy a car from them again
Toyota of Pullman is a joke, they have twice now drained my oil and not refilled it at an oil change, sending me out the door without oil in the car, and once ruined 2 tires by putting directional tires on backwards.
I would recommend Toyota of Pullman to friends and family! They are friendly and helpful!
We wasn’t going to buy it was late they lied told me when I hit 100000 I had to have this tool to cut wires my car would catch fire they told me the car was the same as my Prius was a lie my back hurt so bad we brought the car back the next day to get my old car $600 and they said no ruin my husbands credit do not buy go to toyato lewiston 3 things wrong on my contract also we waited to long we could of sued cop told us to go buy one in Lewis treated the best
