Unfortunately had to change what was originally a 5 star experience to a 1 (if not 0) I had a good experience buying my truck in early February this year, and sales were great. What makes this a horrible experience is how this dealership is treating me as a post sale customer and with my car title. So much for quality control. Grease left on inside of vehicle and trim separating after a couple of hours after getting vehicle back.

I called the number listed on this location's website and spoke with "Tyler," who told me that this Hollywood location currently has 7 Corolla Hatchbacks between 2020-2023 in stock for sale, all with under 40K miles on them. Amazing. He told me that the 2020, which he said was an SE trim, was listed for $15,900. I asked how much the dealer fees added on that, and he said, "just tax." I would give this place zero stars, but I’ll give it one star because our sales associate ARDI was very helpful. First they advertised a vehicle that wasn’t to buy. The car still needed to be detailed and fixed. We were willing to pay cash and get the car in the future. They play the “let me talk to my manager” game instead of full transparency.
