Very unpleasant experience on purchasing a used vehicle. As a customer, we trust that a prestigious Penske Dealership like Toyota of Pharr will sell safe vehicles and instead I was handed a vehicle that not only needs major repair but that is unsafe to drive. The Service Department needs professional guidance and possibly retraining to perform at a professional level. My Tundra was handed off to me as if it was a street purchased vehicle. Not recommending this dealership to friends or family. Ms. Raga
