5 stars is NOT ENOUGH. Recently purchased a new Toyota at Toyota of Orange. The whole team there was terrific. They showed us the models we wanted to see, talked us through the specs and finance options, and found us the car we wanted. Everyone we met was professional, friendly, and respectful of our time during the initial visit, the purchase process and delivery. Great communication and great experience overall..
I had a Great experience with our sales manager JM & acquired a real good deal!
I like the service here but its not convenient for me to drive through traffic and leave my car. It's just too much hustle for me. Great people though. Michael Greene's attention to his clients superb. But having to leave my car and comeback the next day to pick it up, very inconvenient and frustrating. I trust toyota of orange service center though.
