A fe years ago, I got into an accident that totaled my car, and so I was going dealership to dealership to find a new car. ’ve lost family members to covid. 2 yr old grand daughter. 4 yr old grandson has a “thunder clap” headache- hes in so much pain he literally lays in bed and cries all day. For almost a year. Was in this dealership about two weeks ago and was sent to an area were employees were not wearing masks. I talked to some people on the floor and in service station. I said I wouldn’t do business where employees weren’t wearing masks. On the way home I received a phone call from main manager- Carrol I believe. Could be wrong about that ... read more

Lack of honesty and transparency led us to an awful experience and hours of wasted time. They pressured us into a loan we did not need (tried to pay cash) and then made it difficult to do anything after they had our money. Refund requests for extra services were ignored and then they had entered incorrect information on my account so our license plates were never handled properly. Never ever go there!!!!!
Terrible experience, buyer beware. Purchased a used 2016 kia optima hybrid in Feb 2020. Okay buying experience (that was the last okay thing about this dealership). 2 days after purchase the check engine light came on and breaks started to make unusual noises when backing up. I scheduled a appointment for the next day and took the car back to get looked over. After waiting 4 hours for the mechanics to look at the car I had just bought, I was told that the breaks were "glazed" and that issue would resolve itself over time. Th... read more

Excellent experience great deal great service friendly people
I bet they win the top sales award for air filters this month/year. Ironically EVERYONE sitting in the waiting area was approached with a guy holding a stack of air filters telling them their filters needed to be changed. Why? Because of the smoke we had earlier this month. Well.......my car didn't leave my driveway during the smoke we got from the wildfires. Pre-existing health problems kept me home and inside the entire time. Wonder whose dirty filter it was that they showed me?
