Very nice location to get your car serviced. Friendly personnel , and my technician was very thorough. I felt like the money was worth it because my Corolla is running better now. Nice little cafe to order food and coffee from while I wait. Thanks
Unfortunately, you all were unable to provide adequate servicein order to execute the sale of my car. From the time I walked in, everyone seemed either confused/aloof though I had a scheduled appointment and met with an associate for an appraisal on 04/11/2026.Your sales manager Calvin Bellen, was unable to meet my needs so I left. Brandon, it is an amazing advisor at Toyota North Charlotte far and beyond to make sure he meets each and every customer that he check in he has always taken care of me and my family. I always give him five stars amazing young man.
Do not trust this dealership. Talked to Jasmine and she was supposed to call back in 10 minutes with OTD price. She never called. Then I talked to sales manager at 8pm. He would not let me put money down on a car at the LISTED sales price. Told me "nobody is in the dealership, so would be fine to call back in morning and purchase". The call was recorded too, so please dont try to respond and deny it. The next morning before they even opened, the car was magically SOLD!.
