The service team at Toyota of North Charlotte is amazing. Very courteous, quick turnaround and explained everything to me (what was in terms of service, what is needed, etc.) I would strongly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for all your Toyota service needs.
When i bought my Jeep, I was told I get 2 free service oil changes. I had used one the beginning of the summer, when i got an oil change and tire rotation. I went in yesterday for the same service. I had a 3:00 appointment, and did not get out of there until after 6:00 pm. I wanted all 5 tires rotated. The tech had a problem getting my spare off the mount.
