Horrible experience. Botched the rest of my car buying journey – ran a hard check on my credit without explicit approval from me (sales guy barely understood how financing works) and appraised my car for lower than carmax offer which then showed up across dealer systems which they then matched. This used to be a good place bought several vehicles here. Recently got a newer used Camry with tire and wheel protection and platinum warranty. I noticed after my last oil change which was supposed to be covered under maintenance plan. They ended up charging me.. Do not buy there. I came in ready with a pre-accepted loan form my credit union. Salesman looks at it and laughts and says he can find something lower easily. Two hard pulls later and I'm signing on a loan that is half a percent higher. It was my first car buy so I didn't really know what to do. I expected them to be salesmany on the car but not on a loan.
