In town for business and the service due light decided to show its face. The team here took me as a walk in with no appointment and had me fixed up and on the road within an hour. Thank you TNO!
Pretty bad, won't lie. Have brought my vehicle here multiple times. Service was usually passable, but finally had enough. Need one replacement part and to have it installed, after 2 hours of back and forth, they determined there's no way for them to order the part in advance of my service appointment, without me making a separate trip, in person, to pre-pay for the part. (would be approx 1 hour round trip). Expressed my issues with this and was told "We'll make sure to have a laugh about it."
Horrible. Made an appointment a week in advance for a simple key fob. Lots of lies about how complicated and how long it takes. Really? Our locksmith can do it in 15 minutes (but it was already paid for with a new vehicle purchase from another dealer). Showed up, waited for an hour, and told they didn't have the fob in stock. Sent me on my way. Then called me a hour later for my license plate? What's wrong with the VIN that you already have? "Oh we need the license plate to order a key." Lol.
