Recently had my car serviced at Toyota of Nashua. Tammy and the entire service team were exceptional and treated my vehicle as expected for a reputable service department. I appreciated the text updates and video from the technician during the MPI. They did not try to upsell me anything I didn’t need but reminded me my recommended 30k service is coming up my next oil change. I will continue to bring my vehicle here!
Lee St. Jean was very nice when I showed up on the day before my appointment day he still let me have the work done. Every time I go into Toyota of Nashua they are pleasant and very understanding. The workmen ship is also very good. This is why I keep going back. 😊
Vehicle was checked in for appointment at 9:45. Vehicle was not ready for pick up until 10:26. Too long for an oil change, tire rotation and visual inspection after being told 1 hr. No communication from Service Advisor advising the delay. I had to reach out to her.
