Would prefer some straightforward service rather than the unneeded add ons or lack of the service techs attention. I went in for service two months ago and declined services easily completed by myself for a fraction of the cost. I just returned for routine service and the recommend services just leveraged the last report including using outdated images. Exhibit A was my cabin air filter and engine air filter. Terrible experience at the service of this dealer ship in Nashua - NH. Bought a Tacoma and brought it in for service and the incompetent service techs could not fix it and told me to call Toyota myself to figured it out. Unprepared and poorly trained stuff on the device department is what you will experience. The customer service at Toyota that helped me told me the service department just didn’t want do it. It was awful. Do not go there please.
