Absolutely horrible experience. I buy a 2020 used rogue,only to find out later they didnt give me a key for the locks on my tires. I BASICALLY HAVE A USELESS CAR NOW. My mother in law buys a $65 thousand dollar brand new Toyota truck from them and even with 2 cars being purchased from them,they say there is nothing they can do. I have to pay $500 to $1000 now to remove locks from a car or the car is useless. Can't do brakes,can't rotate tires. If I get a flat I have to be towed. But this dealer could care less. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a simple service, but instead it was returned to me damaged and in much worse condition than when I dropped it off. Not only was the damage disappointing, but it also took several days to get my vehicle back in its condition. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communicatio.
