The quality of service seems to have gone downhill. We have spent as a household over $120,000 combined in toyota vehicles in the last 2 years and service seems to be hit or miss and wait times are very long. Some customers even fall asleep while waiting due to the lengthy wait times. Usually a single tire replacement would take an hour at most. It took 3 hours in my experience unfortunately. Nice clean dealership and repair facilities.
DONT COME HERE. Bought a new car here, came with a defective battery, they changed it for free with another defected batter so it diedin a few weeks. Then dead again. They use defective batteries here, BECAREFUL, and they don't bother check what caused it the battery dead. wasted a lot of time to go to these idiots. They don't attempt to fix the actual problem and making you go back so they earn your money.
Went today for an appointment I scheduled for 9:45am. Arrived 20 minutes early and my vehicle was taken right in. Waited in the waiting room until I received a text at 11:12am asking for a signature to perform the maintenance I was there for. I immediately sign it and continue waiting. At 12:20pm I receive a text asking for me to come to the desk. There, I am told that the part needed for the repair needs to be ordered and I will have to come back on a later date.
