If you get a damaged part from them, do NOT expect them to provide any assistance on getting you money back. They will offer no assistance with the shipper they select and will not try and make you whole or hell even partial for a damaged part. The single worst parts resource across multiple brands I've worked with when it comes to working with a customer after the sale. For a Toyota part you need shipped use Olathe Toyota they will actually stand behind what they do..

Got a roof rack, it came without hardware was told to return it for a different one. I did that and trying to speak to someone is like pulling teeth. In the end they never replaced it, just processed a refund I didn't ask for, but had to call them every day. Good I'll buy from a more reputable site.

Buyer beware. Bait and switch on shipping cost. Placed an order that sat "in progress" for 9 days without any communication from them. I reached out to their text line to get an update and received no response. A couple days later I called in and was told I have to pay $98 more to get the order completed.
