Got a roof rack, it came without hardware was told to return it for a different one. I did that and trying to speak to someone is like pulling teeth. In the end they never replaced it, just processed a refund I didn't ask for, but had to call them every day. Good I'll buy from a more reputable site.
Buyer beware. Bait and switch on shipping cost. Placed an order that sat "in progress" for 9 days without any communication from them. I reached out to their text line to get an update and received no response. A couple days later I called in and was told I have to pay $98 more to get the order completed.
