After discussing the concerns I had about my 2018 Highlander, Thomas reassured me that he would let me know what they find out. He called me in the waiting area and explained what they did, offered me an option to have the cabin filter replace, which I agreed to, then came and got me when it was complete. He was extremely professional and polite. He even brought my car into the garage from the parking lot because it was raining hard.
