I first reported an issue at my initial visit, was asked for “proof,” and even after providing a video, was told it must occur in front of staff to be investigated—leaving no value to the customer’s word. I waited 3.5 hours only to hear “no issue compared to similar models,” which felt dismissive; if all models show it, that makes it a design issue, not a non-issue. I had an early appointment at 7:30 for my car’s first service. I arrived on time and was greeted by Aron Torres, who seemed ready and waiting for me. I asked him about the process for the first service, and he explained everything step by step. Since I mentioned I’d be waiting, he showed me to the customer lounge, where complimentary pastries were available.
