Service center was a rip off. They were not able to diagnose the trouble and did test which was their guess work for which they made me pay. Andria at service desk didn’t explain anything and was bad mouthing in their office group when asked about the charges. Her manager was also not helpful they charge as they wish. To check the car fee was $120 but I paid almost $500 for nothing.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Kyle at Toyota of Naperville. To be honest, I was genuinely shocked by the level of service I received. I have previously serviced my vehicle in Texas, and I have never experienced this kind of customer care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I came to have the engine oil changed, I made an appointment and arrived at the time specified. I asked how long the whole procedure would take. They assured me that one hour would be enough, but after waiting two hours and fifteen minutes, they told me I would have to wait another hour.
