I have a Highlander and I looovvveee it!
TERRIBLE. We called and asked questions about the conditions of a used car and was told it was in good condition with low miles. We drove almost 3 hours too look at this car and it was a mess. Dented back end garbage all over and the floor was badly stained. The leather seats were wore out and ripped. We called the day before and let them know we were coming and they didn't even bother to vaccuum let alone tell the truth. After the test drive the salemans asked how we liked it.
