I ended up waiting g for almost two hours and was billed over a hundred dollars to receive a quote of over three thousand one hundred dollars in "needed repairs." I went for a second opinion and had all of my issues resolved in under two hours for two hundred fourth dollars. What a great place to buy a car. Lorena and the rest are the best. I know it may be a little bit of a drive from the quad cities to muscatine , but it's worth it. They Were fast And efficient and made you feel like we are best friends.

I purchased a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE (VIN ending 3869) on February 26, 2026 and clearly instructed that the vehicle was being purchased under Universal Support, Inc. Our salesman, Donovan, was very efficient and easy to work with from helping us decide which vehicle we wanted to buy and getting all the details right in ordering our new vehicle and settling on a price for our trade-in.
