Called them ahead of bringing my car in for a diagnostic check as my hybrid battery was having issues, car basically gas only for now. When asked the cost over the phone and in person with Adam Meade, I was told it would cost $100. Took them, no joke, 24 hours to run the tests when i was told they'd call me around noon (brought it in at 8:30am the same day) but I had to call them 15 minutes before they closed to find out what was going on. Adam Meade is a rock solid Service Manager! Hats off to him and his team for proactively finding my issue before my warranty expired possibly causing me a large expenditure. Adam did a great job accommodating my vehicle needs during the repair as well as keep me informed during the process. My husband recently bought a 2020 Tundra from Toyota of Muscatine. TJ and Jimmy were awesome to work with and made the whole process as simple as can be. This is our third vehicle we have purchased here and we will continue to drive from the Quad Cities for our car needs because we appreciate their service so much!!
Worked with Mr. Nau and Mr. Crane in regards to getting the Lady a new vehicle. Despite multiple roadblocks (on our behalf), these lads still went out of their way to ensure we drove off in a vehicle she wanted. Not only did they preserve our selection, while we handled our roadblocks, they had also worked out the financing according to the budget we provided. A huge thank you again to everyone at this dealership for making our horrendous wait, at no fault to their own, much more enjoyable. We will be visiting in the future.
