Wonderful car buying experience, no pressure. Would highly recommend. Staff was easy to work with, explained several options, easy financing options. Drove over 2 hours and it was well worth it.
Called on 09/02 for service appointment. Waited 2+ hours just for diagnostics and was charged $180 just to diagnose issue. Gave the go ahead to order parts, was told by service advisor, Brad O’Rourke, that it would take about a day to come in. As of today, 09/10, I have yet to hear anything from him about parts being available and getting my Toyota in to be repaired. ETA: Ashley called on 09/04 to make this right. Great experience purchasing my car here. All other Toyota dealerships in my area had a long wait list for a vehicle and Landon and team were able to find me just what I wanted.
