Our salesman, Donovan, was very efficient and easy to work with from helping us decide which vehicle we wanted to buy and getting all the details right in ordering our new vehicle and settling on a price for our trade-in. Very poor pre-purchase inspection experience. I requested a Toyota vehicle I was planning to purchase private party undergo in depth inspection to evaluate overall vehicle condition and advise on upcoming routine maintenance. I was reassured that routine things like engine oil level, coolant level, and cabin air filter were all in order. I had an issue with my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I called on a Friday & they got me in on the following Tuesday to get my car looked at. We have a Toyota dealership in Burlington they could not get me until April 3! They are very easy to work with and Ashley the service manager is amazing to work with! Service was great!
If you are buying a used vehicle from them I would suggest you take it somewhere and pay to have it looked at first! I bought a used jeep & even waited an extra week for it to go thru inspection to find out a week or 2 later it needed like 5,000$ worth of work! They agreed to fix one issue for free because when it was in inspection the light was already on. But more issues just kept popping up within 2 weeks of driving it !
