Jason Defina was amazing. Straight forward, knowledgeable, and patient with me to get the car with the features I desired. Great communicator as well. I also want to shout out Ovi and Erik who helped me land the plane. Buying a car is always a tricky dance. But I got what I wanted at a reasonable price and the journey was as smooth as I could hope.
2023 Toyota Highlander finger impressions on screen, peeling on paneling, door lock failure. Quoted $200 diag in door lock - Toyota parts online ~300, plus whatever misc and labor added.
