We were in search a a couple of parts, they didn't have them on site but really went out of their way to help my son figure out what he needed and offer solutions.
Don’t take your car here if you need an actual mechanic. All they do is turn the car on and look for codes and when none pop up they just tell you they can’t duplicate the error. Well, I clearly described in detail what the error was and that is occurred randomly so why do you need to duplicate the error when you already know what’s going on it with it? I had a issue with my 2025 Toyota Camry which I really love. The initial service experience was not satisfactory. I wrote an email and the Director of Service Kenny responded promptly. To make a long story short its all about customer service and the customer experience. Kenny was aces and the person he assigned to me Brian was excellent. Communication and actual repair were perfect. It renewed my faith in what excellent customer service should look and feel like. Thank you!
Previous owner has paperwork in the glove compartment that says Toyota of melbourne did the last oil filter change. This is what I found (picture) when I had to take the whole housing off just to get the filter case off… I’ve heard nightmare stories about this place and now I’ve got one myself to prove it. I still can’t figure out how you tear six metal threads in about an inch to inch and a half surface of the total threads …and there’s no damage to the plastic oil cap threads by the way.
Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 9am. Pulled up in the service bay at 9:05 first in line waiting for an attendant. one came up 5 minutes later and confirmed my name and then i proceeded to stand with my key in my hand outside of my car for 20 minutes until finally I was asked if I was being helped. I told them my situation and that I had now been waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time and the response was "well we're busy" there were now 6+ cars behind me all with an attendant actively working with c... read more
