Great service from emily
I usually have a good experience here but it was bad today. I got spoken to like I was stupid because I didn't automatically know that it takes 3-4 hours to fix rear brakes. I called the front desk to see if there were any options because I was with my child and had to get back to do school pickup for my other child. The receptionist kept repeating "Go soak with Rett" no matter what I said and how many times I explained that I spoke with Rett. I usually have a great experience at this dealership. They want you in a car as much as the client, willing to make things work! First time using the service center and plan on using them for maintenance here on out.
