Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 9am. Pulled up in the service bay at 9:05 first in line waiting for an attendant. one came up 5 minutes later and confirmed my name and then i proceeded to stand with my key in my hand outside of my car for 20 minutes until finally I was asked if I was being helped. Don’t expect a call back from Tiffany my car was dropped off at 7am (was told it would be 4 hours) for tint called at 12 got told she would go check and give a call back and never got one. Called again and I got “I don’t know” not let me put you on hold while I go check really quick still no call back and it’s now 4pm still no call and still no car. This is absolutely disgusting behavior from a service department that’s does nothing but preach customer service and satisfaction is a must.
There are prices of reasonable sales. People seem very friendly, not evil. But I am still not ready to trade in my Corvette. The roads in Palm Bay and Melbourne are not friendly to her.
Do not buy tires from this place. I have had to bring my car in FOUR times for leaking nitrogen. How incompetent can a service center be? I will never but another Toyota from this location...why should I when their service center doesn't know how to properly service their vehicles?!?!
