Update ~2.5 stars. Someone from the Murgado Automotive Group (owners of this dealership) reached out to me the day I posted the original review. They sympathised with our negative experience and promptly addressed our problem, issuing our refund the very same day (28th Aug). The salesperson we were working with at the dealership itself continued to insist they had processed the refund days before and simply couldn't get the receipt to us. The service person was very nice. They said that they were not busy and should have the car done pretty quickly for a recall and tire rotation, unfortunately I was there for 2 hours, I was not happy having to wait that long
