Very nice looking and clean place. Very attentive, nice and professional staff.

Very apprehensive about looking at vehicles due to recent experiences at Toyota in the San Antonio area. Jordan was awesome and I walked away with a new Tundra. Toyota of Laredo was as good as a Lexus dealer, which is a great experience. I would highly recommend buying a new car from this dealership. No hidden fees, no haggling, everything was up front and professional.
Update: Great experience this time around. Rolando Garza was a great service advisor and did very well explaining what was needed. Wait time was just a little over an hour! Big improvement from my last visit. Updated to 5 stars. Thank you for your great service today. 4 stars only because of the wait time. Doesn't matter if you have an appt or not....wait time is still the same. Service and staff are great though....but they do need better time management.
