just wanted to do a shoutout to service adviser Todd Pake and Toyota of La Crosse. My wife and I had brake failure lights appear on our 2017 Prius Prime around Tomah and managed to make it to La Crosse where we stayed for a week of vacation. I took it to the dealer and ask if they could resolve the problem so we could enjoy our vacation. The cost of the repair could have been little or large and knowing that we were at the dealer's mercy, I was expecting the later.
