I stopped in for an unexpected visit and was taken care of quickly. Now I did get there early, but I really appreciate the quick turnaround.
If I could put 0 star I would. Had an appointment at 8:30 am, only came there because Toyota kept calling me about those “package deal with oil change”. Waited over 1h30 and by 10am my car was still waiting to be serviced. I had meetings to attend so I had to leave at 10:30, the guys in there did not give two crap, and one of them gave me an attitude about them having to deal with a lot cars. Not my problem.
