Terrible service, rude workers. When I got my car back my tire was flat. I called Chad and other workers multiple times, received no help. Had to pay out of pocket to fix issue. Save your time and go to the Toyota in Brandon!!!
Kind and professional employees, but after having an issue that required a code reader, the service tech ignored that and just replaced the 12 v battery (there by clearing the code, a normal work around not a fix). Would not recommend any hybrids go here if the techs can not handle using a code scanner
Despite me having an 11:30 appointment, I still had to wait 3 hours before my car was serviced. And the guy had an attitude.
Purchased a new 2016 Toyota Fourunner from them expecting service. Called service department today to have them tow car to Dealer as it won’t start. They advised me they don’t have a tow truck Nor a tow truck they could recommend or call. When I said That does not make sense the service tech said take your Car some where they do have tow service. That’s exactly what I did, 49 Tire in Richland, Ms immediately dispatched tow, they are great On Toyotas as well. Steer clear
